Installation:

The installation of the LooSeal^® EVO is incredibly simple as no installation is required! Simply unfold the stainless steel folding legs and start using it as long as the battery lasts. After approximately 100 uses, the battery needs to be recharged using a 230V outlet. Alternatively, the sealing toilet can be permanently connected to a 12V onboard network with a 2A fuse. For fixed mounting, the toilet legs only need to be secured to the floor with clamps. Thanks to its cubic shape, custom solutions are easy to implement.

Retrofitting for caravanning is also straightforward. Simply remove the existing chemical toilet, disconnect the water line, and cover any remaining holes. The LooSeal EVO can then be stored compactly in a mobile setup or permanently installed by connecting it to the existing 12V line.

Using the LooSeal:

The operation of the LooSeal^® EVO is simple and consistent.

Step 1 - Preparation
To use the sealing toilet, simply charge the battery and insert the liner. The liner is hermetically sealed during the first sealing process, and the toilet is ready for 100 (battery) or 30 (liner) uses.

Step 2 - Usage
Now the LooSeal^® EVO can be used. Open a pack of super-absorber and pour it into the toilet opening to absorb liquids and provide additional safety and odor control. After using the toilet, press the red start button for 2 seconds to initiate the sealing process, similar to flushing.

Step 3 - Fully Automatic Sealing Process
After pressing the start button, everything runs automatically. All waste is securely sealed in the liner film, completely odor-free, and without using water. The process takes about 2 minutes, and the liner is automatically refreshed for the next use. Once the process is complete, a beep sounds, and the sealing toilet is ready for the next use.

Step 4 - Disposal
The result is a securely sealed bag ejected under the toilet. This bag can be directly disposed of in regular trash. The display always shows the battery status of the LooSeal^® EVO.

 Coagulant:

Only 1-2 consumable items are required, depending on the application.
1) Super Absorber: For smaller toilet uses, the LooSeal^® Bio-Super-Absorber can be used to absorb liquids. It transforms liquids into a gel and provides additional leakage and odor protection. While optional, we strongly recommend using it!
2) Liner: A fresh liner lasts for approximately 30-40 uses, automatically lining the toilet each time. Waste and toilet refuse are hygienically sealed in a compostable liner film. Important: Since the liner film is made of a special material combination precisely designed for the LooSeal^® EVO's sealing unit, only original liners should be used.
3) Spare and Wear Parts: The LooSeal^® EVO is maintenance-free and does not require spare or wear parts for extended travel. For example, the Teflon band used for sealing has a lifespan of at least 20,000 uses.
