How Our Price Match Guarantee Works
If you find a lower advertised price on an identical, in-stock product from an Australian retailer, simply contact our friendly customer service team before making your purchase.
We'll verify the competitor's price and, if the product qualifies, match their price so you can shop with confidence.
Our Price Match Guarantee takes into account the total price of the product, including GST and applicable delivery charges.
Price Match Guarantee Conditions
To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

Identical Product: The product must be identical in brand, model, specifications, size, colour and features.

Australian Retailer: The competitor must be an Australian-based retailer selling products to Australian customers.

In Stock: The product must be in stock and available for dispatch from both the competitor and our store.

Advertised Price: The competitor's lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of the price match request.

Total Price Comparison: Prices are compared including GST and applicable delivery costs to the same delivery location.

Get in touch with our customer service team via our website's live chat or contact page before placing your order.

Our Price Match Guarantee applies to products meeting the conditions above purchased through Caravan and Camping Aus.
All price match requests are subject to verification and the eligibility conditions outlined above. Where a request does not qualify, we'll explain the reason.
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
