Many of our products are large or heavy (such as fridges, generators, BBQs, rooftop gear and appliances), so our delivery rates are based on your location and the type of items ordered to ensure fair and transparent pricing.

We provide Free Shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $200*. This means our customers can enjoy affordable caravan and camping gear no matter where they are in Australia.

Victoria (VIC), New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), South Australia (SA), Northern Territory (NT), Western Australia (WA), and ACT
Metro, regional or remote
Residential or commercial

Note: Large or bulky items under $200 may not qualify for the flat rate and will instead calculate freight based on size, weight and location. Any shipping costs will appear at checkout before payment.

* Free Shipping Exclusions

To keep our freight Australia-wide fair and sustainable, a small number of product categories are excluded from free shipping. These items will always incur a freight cost, which will be calculated at checkout before you place your order.

Air Conditioners shipped to Western Australia (WA), Queensland (QLD) and South Australia (SA)

Due to carrier surcharges, increased insurance and handling requirements, air conditioning units delivered to these states will always attract shipping fees.
Microwaves (all states)

Microwaves are excluded from the free-shipping threshold due to higher risk of damage and specialised packaging and freight costs.

Any applicable freight charge for these excluded items will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Large, bulky or palletised orders are shipped through InXpress, our preferred logistics partner. This allows us to utilise reliable top tier national freight carriers to ensure:

Our shipping portal automatically selects the most suitable carrier based on your order size, weight and delivery address.

Regional, Rural & Remote Deliveries

We ship to every state and territory in Australia, including regional, rural and remote locations. For orders under $200 or for excluded items, freight is calculated automatically at checkout based on:

Delivery distance and location
Residential vs commercial address
Whether pallet, tailgate or special handling is required
Total size and weight of your caravan or camping products

All freight charges are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Metro delivery: Deliveries to major cities usually arrive faster than regional or remote areas.
Bulky freight: Large or palletised items may require additional handling time, depending on the carrier and destination.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow your delivery from our warehouse to your door.

Split Shipments

To ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, we may ship items in multiple cartons or split shipments, especially when combining small parcels and bulky freight. These may be delivered by different carriers and may arrive on different days.

Where split shipments occur, you will receive tracking information for each parcel.

Packaging & Handling

We understand that many of our products are high-value and used in tough environments. To minimise the risk of transit damage, we use appropriate packaging and handling for each order, including:

Reinforced cartons and protective inner packaging
Foam inserts and corner protection where required
Pallet wrapping and strapping for heavy or oversized items
Fragile labelling and handling instructions for sensitive equipment

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your order:

Australia Post and StarTrack parcels may be redirected to your local Post Office or collection point for pickup.
Freight carrier deliveries may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Please note that redelivery fees may apply if multiple attempts are required.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you select Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout, you authorise the courier to leave your parcel in a safe location at the delivery address if no one is home.

Please note:

Once the parcel has been delivered and scanned as left at your address, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.
ATL is generally not recommended for high-value items or locations where packages may be at risk of theft or weather exposure.
